Ingredients
- 2 lb round steak fat trimmed
- 1/4 c. flour Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 x onion minced
- 8 ounce beef gravy
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Slice steak into 1/2- by 3-inch strips. Toss in mix of flour, salt and pepper; place in slow cooker. Pour in onion, gravy and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hrs or possibly till steak is tender.
- Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or possibly noodles.
