Easy Skillet Biscuit Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr (or possibly to taste)
  • 2 (7.5 ounce.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In 10-inch non-stick skillet over low heat, heat butter with garlic. Coat biscuits with Parmesan cheese, then place in skillet, overlapping slightly. Cover; cook over low heat 8 min or possibly till under side is browned. Invert biscuits onto plate, then slide back into skillet; cover; cook 10 to 12 min.
