Ingredients
- 3 c. quick oats
- 6 tbsp. cocoa
- 2/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
- Nuts (optional)
Directions
- Mix oats, cocoa, peanut butter and vanilla and set aside. Put sugar, lowfat milk and butter in pan and cook for 3 to 4 min. Pour over oat mix and mix well. Drop by tsp. on wax paper. Ready to eat in 10 min.
