- Cook chicken and pick off bone. Return chicken to broth; bring to a boil. Turn heat to medium. Add in lowfat milk and stir alot to keep from burning. Healthy pinch off biscuits and add in to broth and chicken mix. Stir, stir, stir.
- OPTIONAL: To help thicken, use 3/4 c. flour and 3/4 c. lowfat milk. Stir together and add in slowly to pot. Will thicken more as it sets.
