1/2 cup celery, diced
2 potatoes, diced
6 1/2 cups water (see notes below)
2/3 cup pearl barley
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 bay leaf
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 - 1 1/2 tsp. Chipotle Tabasco
14 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 cups leftover Spicy Roast Beef, diced
2 cups frozen mixed veggies (peas, corn, carrots, green beans, lima beans)
