Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 lg. jar dry beef, finely minced
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. minced pecans, sauteed in 2 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except pecans and spoon into a 1-qt casserole. Sprinkle with sauteed pecans. Bake for 20 min in a preheated 350 degree oven. Serve warm with crackers, Melba toast, cocktail rye or possibly pumpernickel bread.
