Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can minced water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable dip
- 2 to 3 minced scallions
- 1 loaf of rounded dark bread
Directions
- STEP 1: Cook and thoroughly drain spinach.
- STEP 2: Chop scallions and water chestnuts and mix with liquid removed spinach.
- STEP 3: Add in lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable dip. Stir together and chill.
- STEP 4: Take bread and slice off the very top to give the appearance of a bowl with cover.
- STEP 5: Scoop out the bread inside and save the pcs to use with the dip.
- STEP 6: Fill the bread "bowl" with the dip and surround it with the pcs of bread. Serve!
