Directions

  1. Combine rice and lowfat milk in a saucepan. Simmer 15 min. Beat Large eggs and combine with pineapple, vanilla, sweetener and cinnamon. Gradually combine with lowfat milk- rice mix. Pour into a casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Divide proportionately. Makes 4 servings.
