  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
  • 2 x Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/8 c. Warm water
  • 2 tsp Instant chopped onion
  • 2 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced pimiento
  • 63/1000 tsp Dry dill seed (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese till soft. Crush bouillon cubes in water. Add in instant chopped onion and let stand for a few min. Add in bouillon onion mix gradually to cream cheese, mixing till well blended. Stir in lemon juice, pimiento, and dill. Chill.
  2. Yield: 1-1/3 c..
