Ingredients
- 12 ounce. mushrooms
- 1 med. onion
- 1 stick butter
- 8 ounce. bar cream cheese
Directions
- Finely chop mushrooms and onion. Heat butter in frying pan. Fry onions till transparent (approximately 4 min). Add in mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, till water evaporates (approximately 15 min).
- Break up cream cheese and stir into mix till melted through. Transfer to serving bowl.
