Ingredients

  • 1 batch brownies in 9 x 13 inch pan
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua (optional)
  • 2 packages. chocolate mousse
  • 1 (12 ounce) container Cold Whip
  • 8 Heath candy bars, crushed (or possibly pkg. of Heath bits)
  • 1 c. pecans, minced

Directions

  1. Bake brownies and let cool completely. Poke holes in brownies and pour kahlua over entire area. Crumble brownies (1/2 batch each layer). Layer in the following order: Crumbled brownies (1/2 recipe), mousse, 1/2 Cool Whip, 4 Heath bars (crushed), 1/2 cup minced pecans. Repeat layers. Let set at least 4 hrs or possibly better if overnight. NOTE: It is best to prepare mousse just before you put the layers together.
