David's Au Gratin Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Peeled Idaho potatoes, large, and cooked 'til, tender
  • 12 ounce Evaporated lowfat milk or possibly heavy, whipping cream
  • 4 ounce Parmesan cheese, freshly
  • 8 ounce Sharp Cheddar, grated Salt & white pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in an oven- proof casserole and bake till golden.
