Ingredients
- 3 lb Peeled Idaho potatoes, large, and cooked 'til, tender
- 12 ounce Evaporated lowfat milk or possibly heavy, whipping cream
- 4 ounce Parmesan cheese, freshly
- 8 ounce Sharp Cheddar, grated Salt & white pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in an oven- proof casserole and bake till golden.
