Ingredients

  • 1 Small Daikon
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Gypsy Pepper (bell peppers are fine too)
  • ½ Tablespoon black sesame seeds (regular are fine too)
  • 1 Teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon mirin
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar (I used Light)
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • cilantro leafs as garnish
