Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. macaroni
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni according to the package directions; drain well. Cut Velveeta into cubes; place in 2 qt glass casserole. Add in butter and evaporated lowfat milk. Heat cheese and butter. Add in macaroni; mix well. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till bubbly. Serves 6.
