  • 6 each peeled choped and de-seeded cucumbers
  • 4 Tbsp chopped fresh or dried chiveds
  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 quart sour cream

Directions

  1. To make sauce, peel and de-seed the ucumber and chop finely.
  2. Add white vinegar, sugar, chives, and tobasco sauce.
  3. Then fold in sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
