Ingredients
- 1 x cucumber
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 6 x plum tomatoes (to 8)
- 1 pkt Hidden Valley Ranch PARTY Dip cocktail rye bread
Directions
- Mix lowfat sour cream, mayo and dry ranch dip. ERake cucumbers (with skin on) E with fork; slice into thin slices. ESlice tomatoes into thin slices. ESpread mix on cocktail rye bread; top with a cucumber slice. ESpread a small amount of mix on top of cucumber slice and top with a tomato slice.
- NOTES : This is a family favorite and is requested at any get- togethers we go to.
