Ingredients

  • Cucumbers instead of Lemon Cucumbers. So we can use both types of cucumbers,
  • whichever are available at the time. This goes well with rice as well as
  • chapathis.
  • Ingredients: (Look at the picture on the side)
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • ½ cup finely chopped Onions
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • A pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • For Seasoning/Tempering:
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Bengal Gram (పచ్చి సెనగపప్పు, Chana Dal)
  • ½ tsp Black Gram (మినప్పప్పు, Urad Dal)
