Crock Pot Banana Walnut Bread Recipe

Love, love this bread. So moist and easy to make.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine butter, eggs and sugar until well blended.
  2. Add in baking powder, baking soda, salt and 1 cup flour and mix until blended.
  3. Add in last cup of flour - mix AGAIN.
  4. Mixture will be thick.
  5. Mash Bananas and add to mixture.
  6. Mix.
  7. Add walnuts and guess what...mix!
  8. Butter crock pot dish and pour in mixture.
  9. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  10. Top should be slightly brown and bread will bounce back when touched.
