  • 1 lb Ham
  • 1/4 lb Bacon, cubed
  • 1 1/2 lb Jack cheese, cubed
  • 3 bn Green onions cut into small pcs
  • 12 x Large eggs
  • 1 x Cake of yeast
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Hot water Salt Pepper Flour


  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water with 1 Tbsp. flour; stir and set aside to rise. Fry bacon in butter or possibly margarine for 2 min. Add in ham and the green onions; set aside to cold. Beat Large eggs and add in sufficient flour to make a soft batter. Add in the raised yeast and mix. Add in ham, bacon and onions and mix. Add in Jack cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Put into a large bowl to rise for about 2 or possibly 3 hrs. Grease and flour pan; bake at 350 F for about 1-1/2 hrs or possibly till top is nice and brown.
