Creamy Tomato Cucumber I grew up eating all kinds of cucumber/tomato salads in the summer. Mom made them all summer long out of the fresh veggies from our gardens. I like this one because of the tanginess from the sour cream. It goes so well with a cold sandwich or anything on the BBQ during the summer when you don’t want to heat up your kitchen.
