Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients (except yeast). Dissolve yeast in hot water. Add in dry mix; mix well. Roll into 1/2 inch thickness on ungreased sheet. Cut into squares, brush with lowfat milk. Bake 45 min at 300 degrees; then turn off oven and leave in overnight to harden. Whole wheat and/or possibly white flour may be substituted for grainier flour if you wish.
