Crabmeat Dip Or Mold Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can crabmeat (white) -- liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 3/4 c. minced celery
  • 1 env unflavored gelatin -- for mold

Directions

  1. Heat cream cheese, soup and mayonnaise in saucepan over low heat. Fold in large bowl contents of saucepan; add in crabmeat, onion and celery and mix well. Add in gelatin and 2 drops of red food coloring. For mold, refrigerate24 hrs. Serve with crackers.
