Crab And Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x bars of cream cheese (8 ounce each) softened
  • 1 x 16oz container of lowfat sour cream
  • 1 lb crab meat picked over
  • 1 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 x 12oz jar of artichoke hearts
  • 4 x spring onions salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning (like old bay)

Directions

  1. Chop artichoke hearts and spring onions. Mix remaining ingredients ( I use a mixer) and add in veggies -bake in casserole dish @ 350 for about 45 min or possibly till heated through. Serve with crackers or possibly sliced toasted baguette.
