Ingredients
- 6 lrg Tomatoes, ripe
- 12 ounce Cottage cheese creamed, or possibly garden-style
- 2 Tbsp. Salad dressing mayonnaise-type
- 1/8 tsp Pepper Minced dry chives as desired
- 6 x Lettuce c.
Directions
- Wash and dry tomatoes. Remove cores. Cut each tomato into wedges three-fourths of the way down. Pull apart slightly. Mix cottage cheese, salad dressing, and pepper.
- Stuff tomatoes with the cottage cheese mix. Sprinkle with chives as desired. Serve in lettuce c..
