Corned Beef Cabbage Bake Recipe

Modified from a recipe in the Taste of Home magazine. I'm someone who DOES NOT like cabbage, and I found it hard not to eat the whole pan on my own.

Directions

  1. In a lg skillet, melt Butter
  2. Stir in the Cabbage and Onion, cover and cook over md heat 8-10 min, or until Cabbage is crisp tender, stirring occasionally. Set aside
  3. While Cabbage is cooking, combine Corned Beef, Swiss, and Dressing
  4. Separate biscuits and place 10 biscuits into 2 ungreased 9" round pans, and press biscuits to cover bottom and up half the sides
  5. Layer Cabbage mix over biscuits
  6. Pour Beef mix over Cabbage
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350*F for 20-25 min or until heated through and biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Cut into wedges

    I made again, adding about 2 t Horse Radish to the Beef mix. It was unbelievable! It had a slight bite, but not overpowering.
