Ingredients

  • 3 c. Chicken stock, or possibly broth
  • 1 1/2 c. Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and minced
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 2 c. Corn, kernels
  • 1 x Bay leaf Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste
  • 1 pch Sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
  2. Simmer, partially covered for 20 min. Cold slightly. Puree in a blender. (You may have to do it in 2 batches.)
