This is an extremely easy recipe for coconut custard that forms its own crust. Everyone that likes coconut seems to love this recipe.

Directions

  1. Stir sugar, flour and nutmeg into melted butter.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add eggs. Mix well.
  4. Slowly stir in milk and vanilla
  5. Mix until smooth
  6. Stir in coconut.
  7. Pour into a 13 x 9 greased pan.
  8. Let stand for five full minutes before baking.
  9. The mixture will form it's own crust.
  10. Custard will be firm and lightly browned
  11. Chill and enjoy.
