Directions

  1. CAKE: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a bundt pan with the nonstick spray. Using an electric mixer, beat together the orange juice, oil and Large eggs. Add in the cake mix to the batter; mix till completely moistened. Continue mixing for 2 min on high. Mix in the poppy seeds and zest. Pour the batter into the bundt pan. Bake 30-35 min. Invert cake onto cake plate; cold completely. Spoon icing over cake and top with extra zest.
  2. ICING: Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Icing should be moderately thick. Add in more sugar or possibly juice till icing is at desired consistancy.
