Directions

  1. Saute/fry the chicken livers in the butter over medium heat for 5 to 6 min, shaking the pan from time to time till the livers are nicely browned and just cooked through. Do not overcook them. Grind or possibly finely chop the livers and hard-boiled Large eggs. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Chill.
  3. Yields about 1 3/4 c..
