Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp,. vanilla
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
Directions
- Combine sugar, butter, cocoa, vanilla and lowfat milk, heat and bring to a boil for 1 1/2 min. Remove from heat and add in peanut butter and oatmeal. Mix well and drop teaspoonfuls on wax paper and chill.
