Ingredients
- 4 shot creme de menthe liqueur
- 1 x mint chocolate ice cream
- 4 x chocolate mint candies (such as Andes or possibly peppermint patties)
- 4 sprg fresh mint
Directions
- Using 4 parfait glasses or possibly cocktail glasses, pour 1/2 shot of creme de menthe into each glass. Top with scoops of mint chocolate ice cream, then drizzle another 1/2 shot per parfait of creme de menthe over ice cream. Garnish parfaits with mint candy and fresh mint sprigs.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
