3 ounce Unsweetened chocolate*
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Whipping cream
1 tsp Light corn synup
2 x Egg yolks**
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

*Broken into pcs**Slightly beaten Beat chocolate, sugar, cream and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate is melted; reduce heat. Simmer, without stirring, 10 min. Stir 2 Tbsp. chocolate mix, 1 tsp. at a time, into egg yolks; stir into chocolate mix in pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till mix coats a spoon, 3 to 4 min. Stir in vanilla. Cold to room temperature.
