Ingredients
- 1 pkt (12 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Light corn syrup
Directions
- Servings: Approximately 3 dozen pcs of fruit
- Heat together gently in saucepan and stir till thoroughly mixed. Dip in fruit.
- Coat completely or possibly leave a corner uncoated. Cold on a wax paper-covered cookie sheet in the refrigerator till coating is hard, at least several hrs. Serve on platter with toothpicks. Do not allow to get too hot while serving.
- Especially good fruits to use in this recipe are: whole strawberries, fresh pineapple triangles, orange sections and grapefruit sections.
