  1. Lightly bake pie crusts. Heat 2 sticks butter and 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate in a saucepan; add in vanilla. Beat 4 Large eggs with 2 c. of sugar; then add in melted chocolate and butter and blend. Pour into pie shells and bake 30 min in a 350 degree oven.
