Directions

  1. Sift sugar,flour & salt together. Fold in sauce pan butter,crisco, cocoa & water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Pour into sifted mix, stir and add in buttermilk, vanilla,Large eggs and soda. Bake at 400 deg 25-30 min.
  2. ***CHOCOLATE ICING*** Fold in sauce pan butter, lowfat milk, cocoa and vanilla and bring to a boil. Add in powdered sugar, and ice while cake is warm.
