  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 pkg. whole grain egg noodles
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • several cups water

Directions

  1. bring water and broth to a boil
  2. add uncooked chicken chunks
  3. allow chicken to fully cook
  4. add noodles
  5. allow noodles to cook
  6. add veggies shortly before noodles are cooked all the way
  7. keep heated and serve
  8. add seasoning to preferences
