Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 3/4 c. tomatoes, fresh, minced
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. picante sauce
- Taco shells
- Cheese, grated
- Lettuce, shredded
Directions
- Boil or possibly microwave chicken and shred into small pcs. Reserve 1/4 c. of the broth. Saute/fry onion. Add in chicken, tomatoes, cumin, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer 5 min. Add in broth and picante sauce. Simmer uncovered 15 min. Fill shells. Add in cheese, lettuce, and extra salsa if you like.
