Directions
- METHOD:
- * Mix all the ingredients, and marinate the chicken, for one or two days.
- *Start to arrange the chicken layers on the iron stack , then set up on the rotating Schawarma machine.
- *For beef schawarma add one kilo onion and remove turmeric from the marination. The rest is the same.
