  • 1 box minute rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 env. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Grease large 9 x 13 inch baking dish and sprinkle box of rice over bottom. Heat the canned soups with lowfat milk, stirring till well blended, and then pour over the rice. Lay the pcs of chicken over the soup and sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix. Seal pan with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs and 15 min.
