Ingredients

  • 4 whl Chicken Breasts, boned
  • 1 lb Fresh Mushrooms, (Or possibly)
  • 1 med Can Button Mushrooms
  • 1 med Can Onions, liquid removed
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup, undiluted

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper chicken and brown in butter, saute/fry with mushrooms, place the chicken in flat casserole, spread the sauteed mushrooms and onions over the chicken. Dilute the cream of chicken soup with 1/2 c. Sauterne wine
  2. (dry). Pour this over the chicken. Cover with heavy duty foil and bake 3 hrs at 275 .
  3. Serves 4 to 6
