  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and pour into greased 2 qt casserole. Lay chicken on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover casserole airtight with heavy aluminum foil. Bake for 2 hrs without opening foil at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.
