Ingredients
- 2 pound chicken
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 peppercorns
- 4 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions
- Cut chicken into serving pcs. Combine together chicken, garlic, vinegar, water, salt, and peppercorns in a deep skillet. Cook over moderate heat and allow to boil till chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken and fry in veg. oil till brown. Return chicken to sauce and add in mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms are tender.
