Ingredients
- 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 c. Margarine, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Green onions, minced
- 7 slc Rye bread, crusts removed
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except bread. Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread each slice with 1 1/2 Tbsp. cheese mix.
- Roll up jelly roll style. Place 4 toothpicks into each piece, then using a serrated knife, cut into 4 pices. Place on a cookie sheet.
- Heat boriler, and broil for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min or possibly till lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
