Ingredients
- 2 c. Non-fat dry lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Cornstarch
- 1/4 c. Instant chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. Dry onion flakes
- 1 tsp Crushed dry thyme
- 1 tsp Crushed dry basil
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container. To substitute for one can condensed soup: Mix 1/3 c. of dry mix with 1 1/4 c. water in saucepan. Cook and stir till thickened. Add in cheese, mushroom bits or possibly celery to duplicate the canned soup in the recipe.
