Pork Chop Casserole Recipe

Tender chops and plenty of tasty gravy to serve with potatoes or noodles!

  • 6-8 pork sirloin chops
  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds Yukon Gold or redskin potatoes, your preference; if desired cooked noodles could be used in place of potatoes
  • 1 can Progresso French onion soup
  • 1 can Campbell's cream and chicken soup with herbs
  • 1 can Campbell's cheese soup
  • Salt, pepper, and other spices of your preference to taste

Directions

  1. Lightly browned each pork chop and set aside
  2. Carefully, on a mandolin, sliced potatoes very thin
  3. Place potatoes over the bottom of a casserole dish
  4. The potatoes can be replaced with cooked noodles if so desired
  5. Top the potatoes or noodles with the pork chops
  6. Cover with the soup which has been mixed together with a whisk
  7. Cover the casserole with plastic and aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your preference of doneness.
