  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 x Skinless, boneless chicken Breast halves
  • 1 c. Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream Warm cooked noodles & parsley

Directions

  1. 1). In skillet, heat butter and brown chicken 10 min or possibly till browned.
  2. Remove; set aside. Spoon off fat. 2.. In skillet, combine soup, paprika and pepper. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Cover; cook over low heat 5 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink, stirring often. 3.. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Heat through. Serve over noodles.
