CAJUN OVEN ROASTED POTATOES Recipe

Cajun Oven Roasted Potatoes go with any meal as an easy side dish. Serve these Cajun potatoes with beef or chicken. My family loves any kind of 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 cup of olive 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (use 2 teaspoons dried thyme or 1 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon black Whisk together the oil, Cajun seasoning, thyme or oregano, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Toss the potatoes in the oil and spread on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done in centers turning several times. Makes 4-6 servings.…
