  • 2 Tbsp. grnd espresso-blend coffee
  • 6 ounce warm water, 200 degrees
  • 6 ounce lowfat milk, or possibly lowfat milk substitute

Directions

  1. Brew coffee according to coffeemaker's instructions. Steam or possibly scald lowfat milk, soymilk or possibly nondairy creamer according to method of choice.* Pour lowfat milk into large mug or possibly French coffee "bowl." Add in coffee; top with lowfat milk cap.
  2. Makes 1large serving or possibly two smaller servings. 6 grams of fat per c.. Variation: add in a shot of flavored syrup or possibly an extract such as vanilla, orange or possibly chocolate; 1/4 tsp. grnd cinnamon, nutmeg or possibly ginger; 1/8 tsp. fresh lemon or possibly orange zest; or possibly 1 grnd clove. For adult entertainment, add in a drop or possibly two of anise-flavored liqeur, brandy or possibly rum.
