1 1/2 c up Pecans – chopped
2/3 cup Butter – softened
1 1/3 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Milk
1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
—–BUTTER PECAN FROSTING—–
3 tablespoons butter – softened
3 cups Powdered sugar
3 tablespoons Milk + 1 teaspoon Milk
3/4 tablespoon Vanilla extract
Reserved toasted pecans
