  • 4 lrg Habenaro peppers
  • 6 ounce Chocolate, Mexican
  • 4 c. Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. CAUTION*** This is a PROFESSIONAL recipe. Do not try this at home***
  2. In a heavy 2 to 3 qt saucepan, combine the chocolate and lowfat milk.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till the chocolate has melted completely and the mix is well blended and warm. Puree Habaneros in a food processor or possibly blender and add in to the Chocolate mix. Don't let the mix come to a boil. With a molinillo
  4. (Mexican wooden beater) or possibly a rotary beater, beat the chocolate vigorously till it is foamy. Pour it into individual c. and serve at once while driving to the nearest hospital.*** Double caution don't get this near your eyes, mucuous membranes or possibly any other vital part of your body. If you should spill it in your lap while driving to the hospital, pull into the nearest McDonalds, scream bloody murder, and sue for three million dollars.
